Tag-Team ring and rules

1) Each team must consist of a fighter from both the lightweight and heavyweight divisions.

2) While all 4 fighters are active:

A round only ends once a fighter tags in their partner. There is a fifteen second break to allow the fighters that made the tag to switch places. Fighters on the opposing team are not allowed to change places during this time.

At the start of each round, the fighter in the ring must begin with one foot in the colored circle that matches their corner. This ensures that a fighter has to get past a member of the opposing team to reach their corner.

The fighter outside the ring is allowed to punch, grab or hold the opposing fighter in the ring if they can be reached from the corner. When tagging in, they must be in contact with the pad in their corner.

3) Once a fighter from either team is knocked out:

Rounds change to 3 minutes with a minute break. The team with one fighter remaining fights in every round, while the team that still has both fighters will switch out between rounds.

If a fighter from each team has been knocked out, the remaining fighters will compete under standard boxing rules until one fighter is left standing.

When both fighters on either team have been knocked out, the match is over.
